Introduction
Anler Express Manpower Co., Ltd. is established on April 1, 2010 with 15 initial members. Ms. Mayura Sae-Lee and Ladda Wannakamigo as the main shareholders of the company. All our management staffs are equipped with in-depth knowledge and experience in their field. In order to facilitate good communication and rapport with our clients, our staff trained to be fluent in Chinese, English and Thai. We ensure that all our personnel are well qualified and diligent through extensive preliminary trainings before sending them aboard. Apart from supplying manpower, we are also well versed in handling immigration procedures. Another highlight of our company would be our computerized operating system, which allows prospective employers can conduct live interviews with our potential candidates online.
Biography
Ms. Mayura Sae-Lee
Ms. Lee has established Anler Express Manpower Co., Ltd. on April 1, 2010. Since young, Ms. Lee is a keen learner and excelled in languages like Chinese, English and Thai. She always works hard and strives for perfection. Ms. Lee is humble and is always willing to listen to others’ advices. Her principle is “endurance is key to happiness, overcoming obstacles is a way to success”.Seven years ago, she started her career at “Wan Tong” an overseas recruitment company where she began to learn her ropes and acquiring relevant experience in this industry. Four years later, she joined “Hong De Li Group” where she had the chance to move into management.
Director：Ms Mayura Sae-Lee
After years of experience and observing the industry, Ms Lee’s has acquired extensive knowledge in overseas recruitment. She knows employers’ needs, demands of overseas labor market and had derived several approaches to satisfy the demands. She forged a strong credibility and gained trust among foreign labors, thus allowing her to win over confidence and support from a number of recruitment agencies in Taiwan. Her concept of being successful is “A company signifies heart of the body, while staffs are the four limbs. Every part must be united in action and spirit, and be cooperative in order for the company to prosper.”
Being a humble yet optimistic person，she would listen to elders’ teachings, gladly exchanging views, and learn from feedback. With strong recognition and support from Taiwan, and her vast experience knowledge in this industry. Ms Lee has gone forward to establish Anler Express Manpower Co. Ltd. She hopes that her company will continue to grow for the years to come.
Ms. Lee has never forgotten those who helped her to become what she is today. She would like to express her sincere gratitude to all recruitment agencies in Taiwan who have been giving her support and assistance all this while. In this regard, she also hopes that the good relationship between them will continue for as long as “Anler” is operating.
Biography
Miss Linlada Wannakamigo
Miss Ladda Wannakamigo has worked and lived in Israel for almost eight years. At that time, she was working for Mr. Jakop Zarap, who treated his employees with generosity and great respect without any discrimination.
The experience she gained from Israel, served as a stepping-stone in her career and it enabled her to gain trust and respect from staffs when she joined V.Dragon Recruitment Agency in Thailand. Due to her capability, she handled a variety of work, such as a counselor, language-instructor etc. On top of that, she was assigned to be an interviewer to screen for the best candidates during face-to-face interviews. She brought them through a comprehensive orientation program as to equip them with the understanding and knowledge for the real-work situation in Israel. Ms Ladda believes that the only joy one can have is through helping people who is in need. The philosophy of helping others acts as a driving force for her to start-up her own business.
After a year in V.Dragon Recruitment Agency, she resigned to set up Anler Express Manpower Co.Ltd with Ms Mayura Sae-Lee. From a small recruitment agency, Anler Express Manpower Co. Ltd has evolved into a one-stop manpower solution provider catering to diverse range of industries from construction to marine, service, agriculture and manufacturing.
